Michael is a former US Air Force pilot and Air Force Academy graduate. Throughout his military and civilian career, he has served in positions spanning flight instruction, exercise and evaluation planning, operations, strategy, program management, and leadership at several levels. For the last 12 years, he has proudly worked for Textron Aviation, most currently as the Director – Training for Textron Aviation Defense. He is passionate about technology and its use in training and evaluation, particularly in the defense sector. He enjoys psychology, and dabbles in cognitive and social theory.
